CHGS.
- Read and understand our master
prospectus before investing
with CHGS.

- Fill up the Growers Application
Form
- Submit a photocopy of NRIC / Passport
- Sign 2 sets of Grower's Management
Agreement

- Payment can be made using:
a) Cheque made payable to "BHLB
Trustee Berhad - Plentiful Gold-Class
Berhad (Trust
A/C)"
b) Credit Card
Applicants are to write their
names, contact no. and NRIC numbers
or passport numbers at the back
of the Cheque (if payment by cheque).
Third party cheque payment must
be accompanied with a properly
signed letter from the issuer
of the cheque stating that he/she
is aware that the cheque is used
for CHGS investment.
Hand the payment, application
form and other relevant documents
to our head office or to our Growers
Consultants.
Note: It is not advisable to make
cash payment.

4:

- The management Company will proceed
with the application once approved
and Growers will be given the Certificate
& Growers Management Agreement within
25 working days.
