Country Heights Grower Scheme (CHGS)

Established in year 2006, CHGS has brought to market an innovative product in the financial services industry where it evolves in the oil palm plantation.

Plentiful Gold-Class Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bee Garden Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is the management company that manages this investment scheme. The management company is principally engaged in the oil palm plantation business. The management team has extensive experience in managing oil palm plantation for the Bee Garden Holdings Sdn. Bhd. group in Lahad Datu, Sabah since 1995. In 2004, Lahad Datu palm oil plantation recorded highest yield production of average 36 tons per hectare per year and was awarded a recognition certificate from MPOB.

In 2004, the management company acquired a piece of land with the size of 10,000 acres in Gua Musang, Kelantan. This piece of land has been planted with Felda and Guthrie palm seeds in July 2006. The land is divided into 40,000 Grower's Plot that is available for investors to invest under CHGS.
