Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Lee Kim Tiong @ Lee Kim Yew, aged 52, Malaysian, is the founder and Group Managing Director of the Country Heights Group of Companies. He also sits on the Board of Mines Resort Berhad and various private
companies. His entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen and visionary leadership are the factors which led
the Group’s successful completion of several highly acclaimed projects. These include the residential projects at
Country Heights, College Heights Garden Resort, Pecanwood Residential Estate in South Africa, industrial park
projects at Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, hotel and leisure projects such as the Palace of the Golden Horses and
the Mines Beach Resort & Spa, commercial projects such as the Mines Shopping Fair, the Mines Waterfront
Business Park, Malaysia International Exhibition & Convention Centre and recreational projects such as the Mines
Resort & Golf Club, the Mines Wonderland and the Hornbill Golf & Jungle Club in Borneo Highlands Resort,
Sarawak.

Academician Tan Sri Professor Datuk Dr. Ong Soon Hock, aged 73, Malaysian, Non-Independent Director, was
appointed to the Board of Plentiful Gold-Class Bhd on 18th October 2006.
Tan Sri Ong is a member of the Board of Directors of Country Heights Holdings Berhad (“CHHB”) as an
Independent Non-Executive. He was appointed to the Board of CHHB on 20 August 1993. He is also the Chairman
of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination and Audit Committees of the Board of CHHB.
He is also Adjunct Professor at University of Malaya and Sunway University College and a member of University
Malaya‘s Subsidiary UM Holdings. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Academy of Sciences Malaysia.
His long and distinguished career included stints as Director-General and Advisor of the Palm Oil Research
Institute of Malaysia (PORIM). He has been bestowed several awards for his invaluable contributions to the palm
oil industry, including the First Award for Contribution to Economic Advancement by the Federation of Asian
Chemical Societies in 1991 and First Asean Achievement Award for research and development by the Asean
Institute in 1992. Recently, he was honoured with the Malaysian Scientific Association (MSA) Goldenjubilee
Award for his contribution to Oil Palm Research. He is also the President of the Malaysian Oil Scientists’ and
Technologists’ Association and the Director of the Malaysian Toray Science Foundation, the last two being
non-profit making organizations. |

Y. Bhg. Dato’ Murad Mohamed Hashim, aged 74, Malaysian, Independent Director, was appointed to the Board of
Plentiful Gold-Class Bhd on 18th October 2006.
Y. Bhg. Dato’ Murad obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics from Boston
University, Massachusetts, United States of America in 1958 and later completed his postgraduate studies in
Business Management from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, New York in 1974.
He started his career with Esso Singapore as management trainee in 1959 and rose to become a Director in 1975.
He later left and joined Petronas Berhad as Executive Director and Senior Vice-President, Downstream in 1984 and
in 1989 became Chief Executive Officer of Malaysian Palm Oil Promotion Council where he served until 1993.
He had previously served as Chairman of Olivetti Malaysia from 1975 to 1998. In 1976, he was appointed to the
Board of Pacific Bank Berhad until June 2001. He was also Chairman of PA Consulting Group from 1994 to 2000.
He currently sits on the Board of Dutaland Berhad (Formerly known as Mycom Berhad). |

Lee Kan Po, aged 57, Malaysian, Independent Director, started working after his Junior Middle Three education.
His main experience is in sawmilling where he first started his own company in 1976 to do timber trading
business, exporting logs to Singapore and sawn timber to both the Malaysia and Singapore markets. In 1982,
he set up his own company to do sawmilling. In 1984, he ventured into logging in Kelantan and in 1992, he
further ventured into downstream timber products in Kuantan. Since 1995, he has ventured into commercial
development and has an on-going project in Kuantan known as Auto City.

Lee Kim Heong, aged 52, Malaysian, was educated at the Penang Free School and obtained his Bachelor of
Economics (Accounting) degree from the National University of Malaysia in 1979. He started his career with the
then Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad thereafter and has worked his way through various credit departments of
the bank and had attended various courses during his tenure with the bank. He joined Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew in 1991
and currently sits on the board of various companies under Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew’s private group.

| Ng Kim Kwan – Non-Independent Director |

Ng Kim Kwan, aged 41, Malaysian, obtained his Bachelor of Agricultural Science from University Putra Malaysia
in 1991 and joined the Country Heights group as a Horticulturist. He was in the team that constructed the
renowned golf course, The Mines Resort & Golf Club which played a host for the World Cup Golf 1999 and the
Women’s World Cup 2000. The golf club has won numerous local and international awards and is still being
maintained by him and his team. He is currently the Head of Plantation, overseeing the entire plantation
operations of Bee Garden Group and the day-to-day operations of Lahad Datu estate.
